IPO Porto — Virtual Reality in Oncology
Icarus Intelligence is proud to be associated with an observational study at IPO Porto (Instituto Português de Oncologia) on the application of Virtual Reality to hospitalised oncology patients. The study, led by investigator Dr. Álvaro José Araújo Silva and supported by a €10,000 research grant, represents a landmark in using immersive technology to improve the quality of life of cancer patients during hospital admission.
